Refund policy

You have 15 days to get in touch with us for any defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the products delivered, errors in the number or quantity of products delivered or lack of quality. 

Defective, quantity, and sizing issue from our end will automatically qualify for a replacement after inspection!

We will always ask for product images and a proof of purchase. After internal inspection, we will contact you as soon as possible!

 

Wrong Sizing

We do not offer refunds if you have selected the wrong size. Please review our sizing chart below every products! 

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that doesn't meet your right address, the order will be returned to our printer and destroyed. If you wish to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unclaimed

Shipments that are not claimed will be returned to our printing partner and destroyed. If you wish to place a new order, you will have to pay for it.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your case. If approved within exceptional case, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
